Compass is a nationwide Medical Staffing Agency, we employ over 100 full time therapists and have over 1,000 clients which include hospitals,skilled nursing facilities, out patient centers, etc.
We typically place therapist on thirteen week assignments which makes for a seamless work year, most of my therapist have been working for us for many years. We typically identify assignments within 30 minutes from your home, or if your interested in traveling we also offer a full package which includes housing. Our wage and benefits package is very competitive as you will see below, all of which is negotiable:
A base rate of $30.00 to $45.00 per hour depending on experience and the entire package.
