We currently have an opportunity available in Jackson, MI for a Resident Relations Specialist.


Position Overview 

Windham Hills MHC, a 402 site manufactured home community, is seeking an energetic sales/leasing/service individual to handle lease renewals and customer service within the community. The selected candidate will handle:

    *prospects interested in signing new home leases
    *residents wishing to renew their home leases
    *customer service issues related to leased homes
    *service/cost management
    *resident retention promotions


Criteria success factors

    *must have good communication and customer service skills
    *must have proficient computer skills
 


Job Requirements 

Qualifications

Must be willing to work a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday.

High school diploma/GED. Minimum two years customer service/sales/leasing experience in a retail, real estate or mult-unit property.

Benefits

Salary and commission earning potentail of $34,000+. We offer medical/RX and dental benefits upon hire, 401(k) Plan, disability coverage, life/AD&D, voluntary vision, tuition reimbursement and paid time-off.
