Retail Store Manager Trainee

This is a fast-paced position that focuses on excellent customer service above all else. In this excellent business opportunity, you'll be trained and responsible for: associate capability and retention; customer satisfaction and loyalty; and providing tire and automotive products and services.

 

You will be involved in every aspect of the store operation. While selecting, coaching and developing store associates, you'll be responsible for merchandising, advertising and promotion of our products and services. Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Retail Sales Experience.
