Regional Sales Manager

Ultradent, a world-wide leader in dental research and development, manufacturing and marketing located in Utah is seeking full time:

A fast growing dental manufacturing company is seeking seasoned Regional Sales Manager to open the new, New York Metro region.  Manger will oversee sales operations, and staffing of field sales representatives in the Manhattan/Long Island/New Jersey region.   

Regional Managers will be responsible for the following:

• Recruiting, training and motivating a high performance sales team to achieve regional sales goals for a brand new region.
• Implementing sales plan for the region to establish and maintain relationships with key customers, while developing strategy to obtain new customers. 
• Adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and staying connected to new and innovative products.

Ideal candidates must

• have 5+ years of management experience in an outside, direct sales environment.   .
• BS/BA is preferred.
• Dental background experience is a highly preferred. 
• Candidates must also be capable of overnight travel (approximately 50% of the time).
