Growing company needs  talented employees in the areas of Bench Solder, Cabling and QA Inspector/PCB Assembly. 

Soldering electronic components both surface mount and through-hole devices to printed circuit boards.  Basic understanding of operating various types of soldering irons and re-work equipment.  Work with Resistors, Capacitors, Diodes and other Integrated Circuits.

Must have working knowledge of IPC-A610 Standards and understand various standard classes.  Also working knowledge of JST-001 Standards and the various standard classes.  Understand inspection processes and Industry Standards. Perform first article inspections.  Assist and perform failure analysis of returned material or internal failures. 

Assembly of wiring harnesses and cables to customer and industry specifications following various written instructions such as bills for material, drawings and process sheets.

Logging findings in all areas in accordance with company quality procedures.
 
Ability to interact with a variety of personalities and work as part of a team is essential.  Excellent hand/eye coordination is a must.

Able to carry out repetitive tasks quickly and methodically.  Working knowledge of various manufacturing equipment such as crimping machines, cable strippers, soldering irons, measuring tools and hand tools such as screwdrivers, sockets and wrenches. 

Must follow processes and be consistent with performance.  Able to follow instructions and company work flow standards.

High School diploma and at least 2 yrs related work experience.  Post secondary education a plus.
