SALES ASSOCIATE / LIFESTYLE CONSULTANT
Massage Heights in Rochester Hills is now looking for outgoing, people oriented, professional Sales Associates (known to us as Lifestyle Consultants) for our retreat. The full-time or part-time Lifestyle Consultant will work closely with our members/guests to provide an overwhelmingly positive experience to drive our business. In this role you will be responsible for sales and delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, high volume therapeutic massage retreat.
Duties include:
· Providing overall “Massage Heights" experience of excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival, making follow up calls, and selling retail products and memberships.
· Assist in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
· Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
· Assist in maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas and team retreat room.
· Various duties as assigned by Retreat Management.
Requirements
Experience:
· Sales experience is required!
· Previous customer service is required.
· Comfortable learning new computer programs; prior computer experience required.
· Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits, retail product line, and clinic policies and procedures.
· Able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
· Must be outgoing, friendly, and NOT afraid to sell!!!
· Must exhibit energy and enthusiasm
· Must work well with people and be team oriented.

Pay/Hours:
· Full-time or Part-time hours: minimum 15 hours per week.
· Pay: $9 hourly + daily commissions based on sales volume and quotas. Great Earning potential!
