Management Trainee- Corporate Retailer

 

JoS. A. Bank Clothiers is one of the nation’s fastest growing men’s specialty retailers.  To support the growth of our company, we have a great opportunity for a Management Trainee in our Planning division.

 

The Management Trainee will work with Planners and Buyers to create seasonal plans and weekly open to buys and to understand the complete buying process. This person will also work with senior level management and distribution center executives to analyze inventory topics.  The Management Trainee will evaluate store rankings, create and maintain basic stock plans, and allocate merchandise to our retail stores in a timely manner.  This is an excellent opportunity to directly contribute to the financial profitability of the company!

 



Job Requirements

Interested candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, analytical and mathematically inclined and agents of change.  The Planner must also have excellent PC skills, such as Excel and Word. Bachelor’s degree required.
