Qualifications:

• Ability to develop rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships.
• Pursues work with insatiable energy and drive.
• Demonstrates a high level of creativity and an interest in Interior Design.
• Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.
• Sets high expectations. Drives performance towards outstanding results.
• Clearly communicates and effectively listens to clients wants, needs and desires.
• High School graduate required, higher education a plus.
• Prior retail sales experience helpful to your success, but not required.
• Prior furniture experience not essential.
• Able to work varied shifts, hours and days, and weekends.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating sales utilizing exceptional customer service and knowledge of La-Z-Boy products.
• Achieve personal sales goals
• Achieve certification through La-Z-Boy programs
• Ensure each customer has informative, positive experience.
