We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and detail oriented candidate to fill an open General Education Program Manager position at our campus located in the Brookfield/Milwaukee area.

You will oversee and ensure the quality and content of instruction in the department as stated in the objectives of the school and as required by our accrediting body.

Overview of the position’s responsibilities:
Candidate will oversee instructors and be responsible for the evaluation of training curriculum by participating in the revision, development, maintenance, and implementation of existing, new and planned programs.
Management experience is preferred along with good communications skills, self-starter, and leadership qualities helpful.

The attributes and qualities that are desired:
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience.
  • A Min of a Bachelors degree - Masters strongly preferred.
  • Management Experience needed.
  • The desire to help others succeed in their career goals.
