JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Account Executive will oversee the execution of all of START
International’s Distribution sales activities and objectives for their assigned
territory. The Sales Account Executive must
have considerable familiarity with a wide range of sales practices and must
rely upon extensive experience and judgment to accomplish objectives. The Sales Account Executive will be expected
to be able to bring a wide degree of creativity and innovation to bear when
necessary to accomplish the objectives.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1)
Generate Revenue Growth: Without compromising START
International’s Gross Margin and other objectives, generate revenue growth that
meets or exceeds assigned Revenue goals.
2)
Service Distribution Partners: Manage
and develop the Distribution Partners in your assigned territory via in-person
meetings, electronic communication, training, sales support, among other sales
support related activities to include:
- Maintain
Customer Relationships
- Make Product
Presentations
- Make Joint
Sales Calls
- Prospect New
Accounts
- Expeditiously
Handle Customer Requests
3) Develop
Distributor Partners: Identify and Develop new Distribution Partners that are
located within your territory.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education - BA or BS in related field or equivalent
work experience.
- Experience - Successful candidate will have a
proven track record of accomplishment in sales, business development, and
growth of a customer base. Must have 5+ years of experience in Outside sales. Manufacturing product sales experience is a plus.
- Negotiating
skills - Ability to define
problems, collect data, establish customer needs, build trust, and close
business.
- Communication
skills - Ability to create
and present solutions to decision makers.
Must also be able to
communicate clearly and professionally.
- Other skills
- Must be PC literate
and proficient in Microsoft office applications.
