Are you looking to supplement your income?  We may have a postion for you! 

We have a part-time administrative position available.  The position will support of our operations and sales team.  The positon will be 2 to 3 days a week, and we offer flexibility in days and hours. 

The position will project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction along with managing the daily challenges of this role. 

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative,  problem solving, communication, organizational, time management, prioritization and excellent computer skills.

 Additionally, this person must be a self-starter who demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative; be a true team player with a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude.

  • 10 plus years experience in an adminsitrative role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new tasks and assimilate information quickly
  • Ability to maintain a cooperative and positive attitude while working in a constantly changing environement with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated desire to learn
  • MUST  have strong organization skills

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be a self starter and motivated to succeed
  • Must have a high energy level
  • Must have technical and organizational competency
  • Must have an advanced working capacity with MS Office, Outlook,
  • Graphics, Marketing, Human Resources and Benefits experience a plus
