Auntie Anne's at the Rivergate Mall is looking for a new STORE MANAGER!

 

 The Store Manager is a professional, supervisory position held accountable for the daily operation of our store location. The Manager differentiates our stores from competitors by exceeding customers’ expectations in the areas of Food Service, Store Image and Cleanliness, In-Stock Position, and Customer Service.

Maximize store profitability by increasing sales, controlling expenses, and controlling cash and inventory losses.

The Manager supports the company goals by focusing on personal accountability, customer service and work efficiency. Maintain the Franchisor’s standards of operations at all times.

As a member of our Management Team you will be responsible for daily operations including but not limited to the following duties: 
 

• People management, including interviewing, staff training and development.
• Store scheduling to maintain a fully staffed environment at all times
• Meet goals related to store sales, payroll, and food cost
• Cash management functions that include daily, weekly, monthly reporting, as well as daily bank deposits
• Provide customer service in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner and achieving above average scores on Operation Surveys and Mystery Shops
• Food Safety and Sanitation compliance.
