Requirements for RN Case Manager and Occupational Therapist:

RN Case Manager requires at least 1 year of Home Health Experience.
Must have an active Missouri RN license.
For OT, must have active Missouri OT license.
Travel Required: Up to 25%
Missouri RN License or Missouri OT License.
1 year Home Health experience.
