Description

We are currently seeking dynamic Inside Sales Representatives to provide customer support and play an active role in finding new customers for our growing business in the electrical conduit market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generates sales leads by contacting individual customers and potential customers via phone & email to secure new and increase existing business.
  • Builds customer relationships by following up on sales leads, responding to customer inquiries and utilizing problem solving skills to meet customer needs.
  • Builds and maintains rapport with customers by providing the best possible service.
  • Assists and supports the needs of the outside sales representatives and manufacturer’s representatives.
  • Becomes knowledgeable in the application of Cable Management’s full product line.
  • Provides feedback to the company on customer needs, competitors, technology, and other pertinent issues. 
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical training; or 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Strong people skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven client development skills. 
  • Technical knowledge of products and services to be sold.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and engaging phone presence.
  • Self-motivated and driven while working to achieve goals in a team environment
  • Commitment to superior customer experience
  • Able to confidently use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
