We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, assertive, professional individual to join our team as a Sales Associate to meet or exceed sales goals in our Madison area branches.  This individual must be outgoing with a sales oriented personality and possess superior customer service skills.

 

As the Sales Associate, the primary responsibilities will include:

 

1) Being available for our customers when needed including evenings and weekends

 

2) Performing in-aisle sales by strategically promoting and selling Guaranty Bank products and services

 

3) Serving, selling and following up with customers in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

 

4) Initiate and open new accounts

 

5) Performing transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies 

 

6) Other duties as assigned

 

 

 


Job Requirements 

Qualifications Required for Consideration

  

  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of previous sales, customer service or cash handling experience
  • Proven track record in incentive based retail sales is highly desired
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must possess a High School diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
  • Must be energetic and self-motivated
  • Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual is a plus in some markets
