Job Description 

Executive Health Resources (EHR) is actively seeking a results-oriented individual in the Denver area to serve as Director of Strategic Accounts. This role is crucial in EHR's continued growth, as well as client satisfaction and retention.

The Director of Strategic Accounts will:

  • Serve as a primary internal contact for all departments interacting with the clients. This requires internal coordination with sales, marketing, service delivery, finance, implementation, and company executives.
  • Serve as the company's primary connection point with the clients. Visit clients regularly and understand their needs and feedback.
  • Assign and track client management accountabilities across various individuals in the company.
  • Review client performance results on a regular basis and identify issues that need to be addressed. Follow-up regularly with internal parties to ensure that issues are being resolved.
  • Manage an issues log.
  • Create, document, and track action plans for each client.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to better utilize current services or additional services. Coordinate with sales to up-sell new services.
  • Work with C-level executives at client facilities to manage contract renewals and amendments.
  • Travel regularly to meetings at client facilities (up to 60% travel).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements 

    • 5+ years of relevant experience required
    • C-level, hospital sales experience required
    • Intimate knowledge of hospital operations and business needs required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with a CRM application (like Salesforce.com)
    • Strong interpersonal relations skills
    • Excellent negotiator and problem solver
    • Strong analytical, organizational and process management skills
    • Professionalism
    • Ability to travel regularly
