Our nationally recognized chain of post secondary schools is currently seeking candidates to fill an open Education Director position for its Southern Region based in Phoenix, AZ.

Position Overview

Duties include recruitment and training of educators, managing education department paperwork and reports, and providing support to students and other staff.  Assure that adequate and appropriate learning resources are developed to support the academic programs offered at the School. 


Preferred candidates must have at least 2-4 years of experience with increasing responsibility in the career school or community college arena (in positions such as a Program Manager, Director of Student Affairs, Dean,  Assistant Dean, Director of Education,  Assistant Director of Education).
Other requirements include:
1. Experience with career school accreditation process and guidelines

2. Possess strong leadership abilities
3. Experienced in student interaction (Post-secondary sector only)
4. Requires Masters degree - PhD preferred

5. A proven track record
