Columbia Healthcare Services has an opening for an Account Manager for healthcare staffing.
The ideal candidate will interact with customers and employees both in person and over the phone. Screen, interview, and administer tests to all applicants verifying references, professional licenses and work history. Place employees on assignments based on qualifications and customer needs. Maintain paperwork and documentation including but not limited to payroll, customer aging, backgrounds, E-verify, and drug screening. Accountability for all aspects of state and federal government reporting compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowlegde of, and ability to use Microsoft Office products.
