Description

 

Seeking experienced sales manager needed to develop/implement successful sales and marketing initiatives, to drive business in achieving revenue growth and goals.  Responsible for maintaining current account relationships, identifying and developing new business relationships, coordinating and hosting dinner presentations, lead and account management, developing marketing initiatives, and management of company website content.   Strong selling, listening & presentation skills are essential. Must have 5 years prior sales and marketing experience – past experience in securities or real estate a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILILITIES

·         Sales

o   Manage lead database

o   Work leads through entire process

o   Coordinate and host marketing dinners

o   Manage relationships with existing investors to establish new leads

·         Rental Marketing

o   Manage team for rental marketing and achieve quotas

o   Create marketing and sales incentives for clients

o   Review all rental contracts for accuracy

o   Track all rentals through contract signing, deposit and final payment

o   Provide rental data to accounting

o   Capture all data in Sales Force

o   Develop long term relationships with our clients

·         Marketing Management

o   Manage company websites

o   Manage all collateral materials

o   Manage all digital presentations including video and slideshows

o   Develop outstanding creative marketing and printing relationships

·         Real Estate Support

o   Provide support for destination and resort research, site selection, financial analysis, deal negotiation, and due diligence for real estate transactions

·         Management of annual investor event

Reports to - Managing Director

 

Requirements

Experience and Skills

·         Direct sales experience

·         Direct marketing experience (creating marketing campaigns and collateral)

·         Real estate experience a plus

·         Private Equity or private wealth management a plus

·         People management experience

·         Very people oriented

·         Great attention to detail with very high standards

·         Excellent computer skills including a sales lead database, Sales Force experience a plus

·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite

·         Requires a bachelor’s degree
