Job Description 

Willowdale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 50 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.

We are currently interviewing for a Part-Time Education and Traning Director (20 hours / week)

You can join our team of dedicated nurses and dramatically impact the quality of the lives of our residents by accepting the challenge of this supervisory/teaching position. Qualified candidates must have a current RN nursing license with the State Of Wisconsin, and at least one year mental health experience required either in long-term care, hospice, home health agency or home for the aged.  In this role, you will implement residence-based clinical training plans, assess the learning needs of staff, and plan and implement programs to meet those needs and evaluate the results.

Willowdale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Calumet, Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties since 1971. We are located in a residential area of New Holstein, one half block from the New Holstein Lions Park. Willowdale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is within eight miles of Calumet Medical Center, Chilton and thirty miles of St. Nicholas Hospital, Sheboygan and Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

Job Requirements 

  • WI Licensed Registered Nurse
