This position reports to the Manager, Engineering Development.

Your skills as a Senior Software Engineer will enable you to be successful as you:

• Design, develop and support our award winning Internet products and our Benergy benefits management portal

• Assist in the design and integrate applications and technologies

• Interface with additional Production departments to assess project requirements

• Construct and test application components
• Provide analysis and report on new, innovative software
• Provide analysis and reort on new, innovative software technologies
• Prepare and review necessary product-related documentation 

To be considered for our Senior Software Engineer position, your qualifications will include:

 • 5+ years software development experience.

 • 5+ years experience with .NET languages (VB.Net, C# preferred)

• 5+ years experience with Visual Basic, ASP, or related language

• 5+ years experience with HTML and Internet/Intranet database-driven applications (expected to know COM, DHTML, XHTML, JavaScript)

• 5+ years experience with XML and XSLT

• 5+ years experience with TSQL (or PL-SQL)

• BS/BA in IT related field preferred

• Exceptional hands-on analytical and problem-solving skills.

 • Must have experience in full development life cycle, strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to succeed.
