Outbound service calls to customers that have seen a commercial on TV, called for more information but did not complete process to place order. Individuals will be calling to ask how they can help and work to get them to purchase what they originally looked at. Ability to close the sales process and meet sales goals.
Inbound high level professional and experienced Customer Service Representatives to answer questions regarding state energy rebate questions. Candidate must have experience in an inbound call center. Outstanding attendance & punctuality is expected.
1. Answer incoming calls or make outbound calls.
2. Forwards requests to appropriate personal and fill out proper documentation to help facilitate the rebate for the customer and service the client's needs and wishes.
3. Help in miscellaneous duties either associated with a call center function or for the rebate center as a whole.
4. Perform miscellaneous functions as per the Manager / Supervisor request
Candidate must have CURRENT professional call center experience. A minimum of 2 years experience is necessary to be considered for this position. Solid computer skills, data entry accuracy, superior customer service, ability to handel conflict and offer resolutions in a timely manner. Must be available between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm Mon-Friday.
