Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a 2010 summer intern for our Finance & Accounting departments located at our corporate headquarters in Kansas City, MO.
General Purpose: Conducts assigned financial and accounting, and other projects, in a manner of consistent with Company objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial statement preparation, review and reporting process.
- Capital expenditure projects.
- Assist with potential mergers and acquisitions analysis.
- Preparation of presentations for the Finance and Accounting departments.
- Assist with internal audit activities related to DFA’s various divisions and joint ventures.
- Various accounting and finance projects, as assigned.
