Description
Shane’s Office Products is recruiting top performing sales people to consultatively sell over 40,000 business products to businesses large and small. This goal oriented and self-starter will obtain new business and grow and develop business by phone. Team member must be energetic, professional, and self-motivated. Dynamic personality needed to develop and grow relationships with clients. Job includes heavy prospecting by phone, making out bound sales calls to new and existing customers, and reviving accounts that no longer buy.
· Develops, establishes, and maintains professional relationships with customers and potential customers, developing a clear and complete understanding of their potential business issues and needs.
· Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve personal and company goals.
· Prepares and makes compelling presentations to customers and potential customers to introduce new products and services.
· Plans, organizes, and implements innovative sales strategies.
· Addresses customer concerns, demonstrates good listening skills, and consistently moves the customer toward commitment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Makes outbound calls to prospects and customers
· Develops, establishes, and maintains professional relationships with customers and potential customers, developing a clear and complete understanding of their potential business issues and needs.

Requirements:
· BA/BS or equivalent work experience with 1-3 years of successful sales or customer service experience preferred
· Strong Prospecting Abilities
· Account Retention Skills & Account Penetration Abilities
· Posses a Working Knowledge of B2B Sales & The Process
· Focuses on Sales Results and Profit Margins
· Communicates Effectively both Written and Oral
