Job Description 

Our Corporate Information Services Department currently has an exciting opportunity for an IT professional with demonstrated Financial Systems Analyst skills.

 


Albert Einstein Medical Center is a teaching hospital offering a full range of advanced health services to the Philadelphia community and beyond. We are located at 5501 Old York Road and are proud to offer a Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Einstein Medical Center has more than 600 primary care doctors and specialists on staff, with an additional 1,200 affiliated physicians.

 


In this role, you will assume immediate responsibility for:

 



  • Providing support to the Einstein Health Network financial applications including Siemens INVISION Patient Management, Patient Accounting, Contract Management, Document Imaging, Adhoc, Express Query, OAS tool, interfaces and OPENLink
  • Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with the user departments to ensure appropriate training and utilization of application systems
  • Perform the functions of needs analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of small to medium projects and communicating project status to users/management
  • Coordinates projects which may include both end-user and I/S staff team members
  • Acts as a contact with software vendors
  • Monitor existing systems and make recommendations, where appropriate, to maintain acceptable levels of performance, reliability, user satisfaction and integration with other enterprise initiatives

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education experience with an emphasis Information Services or related healthcare business environment
  • Experience with Siemens INVISION Patient Management, Patient Accounting, Contract Management, Document Imaging, Adhoc, Express Query, OAS tool, interfaces and OPENLink required
