Marketing Analytics Director or Associate Dir - Retail - MD

Seeking candidates with 5-10 years of Retail analytics experience (ideally experience working for a Retail company but consulting experience would be good as well).  This will be a Director or Associate Director level position. Consult to major retailers and lead team providing analytics and strategy. Provide deep insights to clients on data driven strategies and provide thought leadership to team and clients. Ideal candidate has prior experience building predictive models and using logistic regression and SAS.

Experience in Market Basket analysis, site location, leading product/loss leader strategies, shelf space/volumetrics.

• Strong communication and client management skills (verbal and written)
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and an analytics team
• Thought leader in DBM , CRM solutions, or Retail marketing Analytics
• Two years+ experience in retail from vendor side or client side
• Has extensive prior hands on experience doing DBM analytics and statistics
• Experience with digital media (ie. Email, mobile, web)
• Agency or consulting experience a plus  (Digital agency or DM agency)
