Company Overview
Who We Are:

Care Alternatives, a certified Medicare provider and a Medicaid provider, has been providing hospice services in long-term care and private homes since 1995.

Care Alternatives is one of the only hospice providers founded with a primary focus in long-term care. This specialization allows us to work in ways that complement rather than disrupt the services and routine of a skilled nursing center or assisted living residence staff.

Care Alternatives is a nondenominational, multicultural hospice and palliative care provider. We embrace the patient and family's cultural, religious and spiritual needs, caring for the patient and supporting the family in a manner consistent with their beliefs, customs and daily routines.

Our Commitment

Care Alternatives is committed to delivering comprehensive hospice services with integrity and compassion. We embrace a holistic and personalized approach, caring for the whole person, mind, body and spirit.
