Description
Public Health Management Corporation is currently looking for a
Human Resource Manager to join our
Philadelphia team.
Under the leadership of the Vice President of Human Resources, the successful candidate will direct and coordinate the HR functions and will support the day-to-day operations and strategic needs of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Establish and administer policies and practices for 1200+ employees
-
Identify best practices and organizational efficiencies
-
Manage the timekeeping, benefits and safety functions for the corporation
-
Plan and direct the recruitment, hiring and retention process
-
Ensure the compliance and maintenance of records required by law and local governing bodies

Provide HR strategic direction based on the company vision

Develop and maintain a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
Requirements
Requirements for Consideration
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
- Proficency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum of six years HR experience directly with ALL of the following:
- HRIS system application
- Payroll and time keeping
- HR Startup initiatives
- HR compliance initiatives
- Recruiting activities
- Supervision
