JOB DESCRIPTION:
In short, the role of an executive recruiter is to act as an intermediary between organizations (clients) with hiring needs and professionals (candidates) seeking a career/job change. The objective of an executive recruiter is to meet the needs of both the client and the candidate to ensure the best mutual fit. This is not simply a case of matching skills but one of truly understanding a client's business and its culture and comparing that to the career aspirations and expectations of a candidate. The successful hire will focus on recruiting in the legal and compliance fields.
Candidate Responsibilities Include:

Identification and education of candidates on current market opportunities. Provision of general career advice and guidance – from resume development to interview hints and tips.

Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing candidates for client interviews.

Managing the logistics of the recruitment process – from interview to offer and beyond.

Maintenance of the candidate database and marketing opportunities/services to both new and existing candidates.
Eventual Client Responsibilities Will Include:
- Introduction of candidates to existing and new clients.
- Development of long term and trusted relationships with clients through the attainment of a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the organization, its culture and sourcing requirements.
- Receiving and consulting on client position briefs and communicating details to relevant candidates.
- Development and implementation of short-term and long-term recruitment campaigns on behalf of clients.
- Management of the recruitment process – from candidate screening to interview, performance feedback and offer negotiation.
