Road Warrior Software Pre- Sales Engineer,

This position participates in joint sales calls with sales representive. Must have worked with channel partners and sales agents, VARS as well as end users.  Occasional participation in trade shows and customer facing events.  Candidate understands and drives deliverables in all aspects of the pre-sale process. Participates in implementation of kickoffs and helps to transition deployments from sales to delivery.  Track and reports on leads for the region. Creates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization. Candidate must have 5 to 7 years experience in Software pre-sales or sales.

This position requires 75% travel throughout the United States.  

Requirements:

1.       Excellent communication skills.

2.      Strong Knowledge of SAAS, ecommerce and  XML Protocols

3.       Proficient with 3D Design software and relational databases.

4.      Knowledge of pre-sales process including RFP’s proposals and SOW’s

5.      Ability to systematically and quickly debug and troubleshoot problems.

6.      Ability to work within an established timeframe to complete projects.

7.      Must have at least 5 years of software and database development experience.

8.      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
