Description Nurse Director Emergency Department My client, a strong growing hospital system that is building up the Emergency program, is looking to bring on a Director for one of their facilities. This Director will be responsible for all Emergency Services activities, which will include overseeing all day to day activities in the ER. Responsibilities will include budgeting, stafiing, scheduling, mentoring the team, working with physicians, and customer service. The ER will see approx. 48,000 visitors and have a team of 80 FTE's with 31 beds. The hospital is building up new areas of improvement in the ER and will need a strong Director to complete some special projects. Requirements

Licensed RN with a BSN.
2 + years in a Leadership / Management role out of a hospital ER department.
Strong Trauma and JACHO standards needed.
Ability to multi task and strong decision making.
