SUMMARY: This position is responsible for developing new accounts and servicing existing accounts. The position interfaces with sales, administration, operations and credit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Give all guests prompt and courteous service.
· Have working knowledge of every owner and/or decision maker for all serviced accounts.
· Be familiar with all products, reports and technical resources available.
· Take care of all customer requests within 24 hours.
· Make quota of customer service calls as set by supervisor.
· Make proactive suggestions and introduce all Western Energetix services.
· Maintain rates of new accounts and lost accounts as set by supervisor.
· Submit weekly sales and progress reports as required by supervisor.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Possession of a valid and appropriate Driver’s License and automobile insurance per company policy.
· Maintain accounts to the levels assigned by supervisor.
· Promote and support Company image standards.
· Adheres to all city, county, state and federal regulations.
· Work in a safe manner and report all types of accidents immediately.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Senior Sales Representative.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: One year certificate from college or technical school: or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to operate a personal computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and team members.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
