Description
Supervise a team of foster care caseworkers to ensure compliance with DCFS regulations and service delivery to clients. Ensure maintenance of current and complete records and reports in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards. Provide all required and requested administrative and fiscal documentation for client’s services and program operations. Assist with emergency coverage and crisis intervention support for all clients as needed. Participate in rotational on-call system. Develop and participate in caseworker’s performance evaluations. Provide group and individual supervision.
Requirements
Education
Master’s degree in a human service field
Experience
Three years related experience, including one year supervisory experience or equivalent.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
CWEL and CERAP are required. LCSW or LCPC is required(or completion of either within six months)
Other
Reliable, personal transportation and the ability to travel to home visits and court dates when required and other required meetings in areas of responsibility. Must maintain valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
