We are conveniently located south of the DFW airport in the Centreport business district.

Responsibilities include:

• Making 100 plus calls per day on assigned portfolio.
• Collect on delinquent commercial accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements.
• Process payment authorization via telephone.
• Maintain records and ability to work through customer disputes and records.
• Skip-trace accounts according to established practice.
• Work accounts on auto dialer as deemed necessary.
• Obtain maximum dollars collected and other performance standards each month.
• Handle high volume/large balance accounts.

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial collections experience.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and state/federal laws concerning collections.
• PC knowledge including MS Outlook.
• Dialer experience.
• Prior experience in working high volume commercial accounts.
• Strong work ethics and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Meet or exceed quality standards.
• Compliance with Company policy and procedures.
• Prior experience in A/R a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work as a team.

• Clean criminal background.
