Willowbrook is in search of a REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER in our Murfreesboro Home Health office and REGISTERED NURSES (RN's)in full time positions for our Murfreesboro & Nashville Home Health offices. As a REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER you will oversee and supervise our clinicians as they provide care to patients in their homes.
Our REGISTERED NURSES (RN'S) work under the oversite of the branch office Nurse Manager. They evaluate patients in their homes in response to a physician's referral. In accordance with the physicians orders they establish an individual plan of care for each patient to bring the patient to their highest degree of functionality. High tech background helpful.
Willowbrook was established in 1981 by two Registered Nurses and a Physical Therapist who saw the need for a quality alternative to inpatient care through home care and rehabilitation. Their goal then, and now is to provide the highest standard of comprehensive and innovative health care to patients entrusted to our care, and to exceed their expectations. We have been able to achieve and exceed that goal with our team of healthcare professionals specializing in individualized care.

Requirements
*Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. *Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee *Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of managerial/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home health. *Knowledge of current Medicare Regulations and Guidelines for home health.
