Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual sales agent for our Aflac office in Chicago

- Do you see yourself consulting with CEOs, business owners, and HR managers to help them determine which Aflac programs suit their employees best? If so, that's what an Aflac sales agent does!

- As an Aflac sales agent, you will use your social and business networking skills to develop relationships with future clients. In other words, you'll always be meeting new people, which will ensure that each day in your career is different from the last.

- You will generate new leads and clients, earning referrals and growing your business. In this career, potential for growth is limited only by your own motivation.

- If that wasn't enough, you will be helping your clients just when they need it most, and in a way that only an Aflac agent can!
 

Job Requirements

Understanding of the Hispanic consumer

- Desire to grow a business by marketing to both Hispanic and mainstream customers

- A vibrant personality and professional presence

- A drive to help others

- Must be articulate, a self-starter and a team player with a desire to learn

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not a must
