The Reverse Mortgage Specialist works remotely from their home office and is responsible for sales of reverse mortgage products in a designated territory.  Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Sells and markets reverse mortgage products. 
  • Generates leads through networking and business development.
  • Handles Company provided leads from inception to funding.
  • Builds territory and Financial Freedom Brand. 
  • Submits complete applications to regional office for processing and works with regional office staff to ensure loan closes and funds in a timely manner.
  • Conducts seminars for financial institutions and agencies to educate about the reverse mortgage product
 


Job Requirements 

Skills Needed for Success:

 

  • Highly motivated individual, success oriented, self-starter who wants to maximize their career potential.

    3-5 years of outside sales experience with insurance, financial or health products and services.   Experience in the mortgage industry, specifically reverse mortgages, is preferred. 
  • Must have excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficient, experience with contact management software Highly professional appearance is a must

     

100 % Commission, with great salary potential
