Job Description:
Customer Service Representative/Cashier

Summary
• This position has responsibility for working with customers on their purchases.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Handles customer purchase paperwork.
• Handles cash, credit card, check and finance transactions.
• Maintains accuracy of paperwork and cash drawer.
• Reports to the Office Manager.
• Interacts with customers and coworkers in an upbeat friendly manner.

Requirements

Skills

Computer
• The CSR shall be capable of utilizing the systems incorporated into the PROFIT system. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs, such as MS Excel, Word, etc.


Language
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both in writing and verbally well enough to prepare and read reports, assist customers, and interact with peers and management. Fluency in a second language is a plus!


Other
• Must be able to complete work, have good people skills, and must be self confident and willing to learn.
• Must have a cheerful, friendly, professional demeanor.
• Retail hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays.
