Distinctive Solutions, Inc. is a privately owned company that performs sales, client acquisitions, and retention for Fortune 100 companies. We first opened our doors in Philadelphia in 2004. After experiencing success with our clients there, it soon became apparent that our talents were needed in the greater Baltimore market. Our relocation to Maryland proved successful; since that time, we have again expanded to Philadelphia, to Long Island, NY, and will grow into at least one more market in the first quarter of 2008.

We will continue to expand as a premier marketing company. We attribute this tremendous growth to 2 ideals. The first is our innovative marketing and sales strategies. We execute outsourced sales and client acquisitions with the small to mid-sized customers of our Fortune 100 clients. We perform face-to-face sales & customer service – a proven method for successfully winning new customers. Direct mail, telemarketing, and media advertising fail while our approach to sales achieves a success rate unheard of in other marketing strategies.

Our clients are quite impressed with our ability to aggressively increase sales while representing them with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism. WHO WE ARE:

We are an outsourced sales and marketing firm in the Baltimore area. Distinctive Solutions is hiring for entry level sales and marketing postions. Due to our rapid growth, and our new expansions, we have positions available ASAP!

We specialize in tailoring marketing and sales campaigns directly to our clients' needs and specifications. Therefore, we like to limit the amount of account managers in each office because if we can give our employees more attention, support and training, they are better able to service our clients. This means our employees can maintain the high standard and quality service our clients have come to expect from us. Keeping our office small in size means there is more opportunity for growth as the necessity to open up more offices increases.
We are looking for entry-level candidates we can develop into managers. We are a company that performs sales and client acquisition for a Fortune 100 company. We are still looking to expand our office due to rapid growth in the Baltimore metro area. That's where you come in!

WHAT EXACTLY DO WE DO?

We are an out-sourced marketing and sales firm for the Fortune 100 community. We are pioneers in an industry that did not exist until we started our company.

We are seeking people that want to be a part of our entrepreneur team here at Distinctive. All positions are growth oriented and ambitious. These positions are to be filled immediately. The postions are for entry level sales and marketing. Those who are willing to learn will go through a very rapid, but intense, management in training program. We are very willing to train the right candidate!

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

* Sales and marketing Representatives - entry level reps are trained from a hands on paid program that involves tutoring and mentoring.
* Trainers and Managers - Leaders in our company are groomed and promoted from within. We follow a 100% promote from within policy and pride ourselves with integrity and leadership by example.  This way, you know we will not bring in someone from the outside.  It is how we show our loyalty to you!
