Import Ocean/Air Manger

A Minneapolis-based International Forwarder and NVO is looking for qualified individuals specifically experienced in Import Ocean & Air Operations. Heavy communication with NVO agents to set-up bookings and routing instructions. Excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills required.

Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of five years in the industry and a good working knowledge of computer systems, billing processes and agent settlements. A basic knowledge of export operations is a plus. Full benefit package including 401K.
