Senior Electrical Design Engineer (E-167)

Description Electrical design support for advanced sensor development and Audio Products programs.  Electrical design support for current production programs and transition to production effort for new development programs. Design circuits, analyze circuit designs, build and test circuits, generates test plans, analyzes test data and writes reports of test results.  Supports component, subassembly and system-level evaluation via in-house and field testing.  Candidate can be assigned to a broad range of development programs, depending on capabilities and interest.

Requirements Required:                                                                                                                                                                 - BSEE  with 4 years minimum experience.
- The candidate Design experience in as many of the following areas as possible:  Analog circuits / simulation, DSP, signal processing, micro controllers, VHDL / FGPA, VHF/UHF/communications, power magnetics / switchmode amplifiers.
- Demonstrated experience with Matlab .
- Must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance.                                                                                     - Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Desired:                                                                                                                                                                  - MSEE with 2 years minimum experience .                                                                                                     - LabView experience a plus.                                                                                                                             - System engineering experience a plus.
