Sales Executive - New Home Sales

Requirements:
Must be highly driven for success and have an extreme desire to win.
Must understand that selling is a process and not an event. We are searching for experienced salespeople who have a true understanding of the selling profession.
Ability to grow in a business environment and proceed to the next level of responsibility.
Ability to sell with a high degree of integrity with the full understanding that selling is something you do for and with someone, not to them.
You must possess excellent personal organization and a willingness to be trained, coached and developed.
You must possess an above average understanding of retail sales. This is not an entry level position. Do not apply unless you have professional selling experience.
Ability to think on your feet and respond to any situation that may be put in front of you.
Past New Home Sales is NOT required. You must have over 3 years as a selling professional. You do NOT need a real estate license to hold this position.
Daily Responsibilities
Appropriately meeting and greeting prospective homebuyers.
Taking prospects through our sales process.
Helping prospects formulate a homebuying plan to move forward.
Writing Purchase Agreements.
Pursuit of each prospect that have been entered into our system.
Filling out prospect cards, daily reports.
High volume phone calling - prospective buyers. (Hot Lead Phone Calls)
Following up Internet Leads.
