Our organization has exclusive access to the highest paying direct hire, temporary and temporary to permanent Claims Adjuster and Examiner jobs in Houston, Texas. 

Our client is looking for a Workers Compensation Examiner with 5+ years of LOST TIME experience in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. The candidate will work on a pending of 100 to 120 pending files. Great salary range offer for qualified candidates!!!



Job Requirements

  • Responsible for managing an active caseload of non-subcriber and subcriber claims from inception to closure
  • Handle litigation referrals, settlements, and lien negotiations with claimants, attorneys and lien holders
  • Claim management includes taking recorded statements, interviewing injured workers, witnesses and employers
  • Schedule medical, legal, and investigative appointments
  • Aggressively pursued all claim resolution opportunities, which most effectively managed payout, i.e. return to work, discontinuance of benefits through litigation.
  • Handle payments, rehab notices, & QRR referrals
  • Ensure the timely bi-weekly payments of claimants temporary, permanent and vocational rehabilitation disability benefits
  • Assist the Legal, Underwriting, Medical Management, Customer Service and Fraud departments with claim investigation
  • Texas claims handling experience a must
  • Multi-State experience preferred
