Quik Travel Staffing is one of the leading dialysis staffing providers in the country.  We offer a range of services including travel and local staffing for dialysis nursing professionals as well as permanent placement. 

 

We are currently seeking an experienced recruiter selling travel, direct hire services and sourcing and recruiting to fill positions. The successful candidate will support existing client openings and generate new hire orders. Strong recruiting, sourcing, negotiating and sales skills are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Excellent customer service skills are necessary to build relationships with applicants and clients.  

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Source, identify and grow available job orders for Nursing Professionals.
  • Recruit and interview candidates.
  • Review and screen all candidates to ensure they meet the position and clinical requirements of the facilities.
  • Maintain database of potential candidates for placement.
  • Interact effectively with clients, candidates and internal team members in order to build and foster relationships.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree with 2 plus years of recruiting/sales experience.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and meet an assigned sales quota.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and manage client and nurses daily needs.
  • Strong relationship builder with negotiation, problem solving and conflict management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral communications and phone presence.
  • Assertive and outgoing personality.
