Job Description:
- Candidate must be able to provide 24x7 support for oncall rotation.
- Candidate will be a member of a team that troubleshoots, implements, analyzes and tracks alarming for all client equipment.
- Candidate will also process and create alarm enhancement requests, manage projects, and develop business processes for alarm handling
- Also the candidate will interface with several different internal Client Organizations, and will be required to provide feedback and support to fellow teammates on all managed projects.
