Description
We are a Rosemont-based consultancy and meeting planner. We are currently seeking an inside sales representative to support our business development initiatives in the travel, hospitality, and strategic meeting/planning sectors. Our client base is focused mainly on the hotel and corporate meeting planners in North America and the Caribbean.
The person we seek will have a track record in sales and account development in our field. We are focused on those candidates that meet the following criteria:
- 5+ year track record in sales, account management and/or new business development in our market.
- Desire to prospect new business opportunities, nurture relationships, and close sales by phone. This is an inside sales position, and you'll need a career path that shows you're successful in developing new business by phone.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Strong relationship building skills
- PC and data entry skills, including proficiency with MS Office and CRM, such as ACT!, GoldMine, or salesforce.com
