Description National commercial cleaning franchise company currently listed as the fastest growing commercial cleaning franchiser in the US and the fastest in growth of all franchise companies in the US, has an immediate opening for a Bilingual General Manager to oversee their established market in Ontario, CA. The General Manager will be accountable for running a regional office while also teaching others how to successfully manage their own businesses.

This challenging position requires experience in a service industry, sales leadership, business operational knowledge, executive level leadership, proven success in growing a business and the ability to manage a P&L; exceptional interpersonal skills plus the ability to organize yourself and others is critical. The right candidate will enjoy a fast-moving, structured environment with the challenge of keeping a multi-faceted business moving forward, while also developing staff, and delivering exemplary customer service.

Requirements

Experience of five years or longer in the successful management of a services industry regional office, a strong background in sales/sales management and operations along with a documented record of success in these areas will weigh heavily in the decision making process. Prior military experience a plus! Bilingual English/Spanish required! Must be proficient in all MS Office software including Excel and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
