We are currently recruiting for a Marketing and CRM Coordinator. The Marketing and CRM Coordinator is responsible and accountable for generating sales leads for new business sales, tracking lead disposition,  and effectively managing SFDC insuring accuracy of data and 100% adoption rates by various internal users.  The Marketing and CRM Coordinator will also help develop marketing strategies to generate preference for HMS and effectively communicating with stakeholders: sales, account management and marketing management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Others Duties May Be Assigned):

Development and execution of marketing strategies designed to generate sales leads

 

SFDC related responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reporting and refining activities to increase lead generation through the use of SFDC.  Activities include but are not limited toDirect mail
           * Trade shows
           * Expo           

          * Telemarketing

           * Webinars

           * Advertising

  • Insure accuracy and 100% adoption rate of SFDC and all related/integrated systems (Content, Marketing Engine, etc.) by marketing, sales, account management and contracting departments

  • Effectively evaluate and align SFDC with company’s business processes

  • Implement and insure users of SFDC are properly trained and are effectively using the system; includes “selling" users on the benefits of SFDC (internal champion)

  • Hold quarterly training sessions which should include general updates on the project and the successes

  • Must be able to represent the voice of the user and effectively implement strategies to support their needs

  • Responsible for the overall accuracy of data in SFDC; includes regular data cleansing activities

  • Maintain and develop strategies to effectively and continuously follow up on leads generated and effectively communicate and report to stakeholders: sales, account management, marketing management.

Daily task list includes but is not limited to:

  • Maintain the role hierarchy as your organization changes its structure

  • over time

  • Reset user passwords

  • Add, delete, and modify users as employees are hired, transferred, or leave the organization

  • Act as the single point of contact for certain inquiries from the user group (e.g., answering “How to" questions that are specific to how your organization’s business processes are reflected in salesforce.com)

  • Assist with bulk imports of lead, contact, or account data

  • Maintain security profiles and access rights for users

  • Maintain, add, or delete auto-sharing rules

  • Maintain, add, or delete lead assignment rules

  • Configure shared, custom reports

  • Configure standard UI options for groups of users

  • Escalate issues to salesforce.com support as required

  • Create or delete custom-defined fieldsUpdate custom-defined page layouts and record types

 

 

 

Marketing related responsibilities:

  • Responsible for participating and supporting the development and execution of sales strategies focused on benefits of HMS and communicating the company message and brand
  • Responsible for maintaining message consistency throughout all communications and activities
  • Work with sales, account management and other support staff to update and maintain sales presentations
  • Collaborate with team to create effective case studies, product fact sheets, company brochures, newsletters, direct mail and other sales tools as deemed necessary
  • Participates and supports activities surrounding the company’s annual customer user conference and golf tournament
  • Overall responsibility for working within assigned budget and supporting annual sales goals and lead generation targets
  • Develop and maintain keen understanding of internal and external stakeholder needs (e.g. employees, business leaders, media)
  • Measure and report sales marketing, lead generation, success
  • Pro-actively manage internal relationships with managers and subject matter experts
  • Will collaborate with team in the launch of new products and services
  • May be asked to assist with trade show and event related activities
Requirements
  • Must be able to travel 10%
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of experience managing SFDC, 50-100 users minimum; attend ongoing SFDC training
  • 5 years Marketing and/or sales experience required
  • Excellent training skills
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Experience building a successful CRM;
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated leadership skills;
  • Critical thinker with a bias towards action;
  • Good interpersonal skills that include the ability to effectively communicate in both writing and verbally;
  • Must posses and have proven problem resolution skills;
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners, and corporate executives;
  • Ability to retain and protect confidential material
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
