We are seeking an RN, with experience working with patients of all age groups; desire to work in community health and the ability to multitask, flexibility important. Must be able communicate effectively in Spanish.

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Licensed in the State of Illinois.
3. Previous clinical experience preferred.
4. Good interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with patients, families, physicians, and other health care providers.
5. Ability to function in a computer oriented office, including working knowledge of pertinent software.
6. Must obtain satisfactory results from an Illinois State Police Conviction Background Check

Certifications/Licenses:

1.      Current and valid driver’s license.

2.      Current and valid nurse’s license.

Physical Demands:

1. Standing on feet for extended periods of time.
2. Frequent bending, reaching and walking.
3. Ability to lift 10 pounds.
4. Required travel between sites
5. Required shift rotation.
