Position: Healthcare Call Center Representative with Sales Experience
Location: Marietta, GA – Close to I-75 and Windy Hill Road
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and 2 Saturday’s a month 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Pay: $9.50 to $10.00/hour –Compensation Plan Under Review - If you are qualified you should talk to us about this great opportunity!
Roles and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for initiating high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to prospective participants from insurance referrals to participate in a specialized healthcare program. You must be able to give an overview of the program and respond to questions about the program enrollment.
The calls are designed to contact assigned patient/clients via telephone to complete “initial calls and follow-up assessment calls" to increase program enrollment. The Healthcare Call Center Representative provides non-clinical support to maximize client enrollments and provide customer service.
Duties include:
Handle heavy inbound and outbound call volume in a consistent professional manner
Manage a variety of phone requests accurately and provide minimal turnaround response time
Efficiently educate members
Obtain all demographic information on new participants and input into computer to initiate medical record
Refer all clinical issues to the appropriate clinical staff
Work closely with the Clinical Operations Manager
Effectively communicate to participants in a caring and professional manner
Requirements
- Must be available to work 2 Saturdays a month - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.!
- 1 – 3 years sales experience with focus on customer service
- Call center experience with “Auto-Dialer" a huge plus
- Must be able to work in a TEAM environment 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Articulate verbal communication skills a MUST
- Good keyboarding and data entry skills
- Good working knowledge utilizing Outlook
- Must pass a criminal background and 10-panel drug screen
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is desired
